Whole beef will be approximately 320-350 lbs of meat
Cost includes everything and based on hanging weight @$6/lb.
Half beef will be approximately 170-185 lbs of meat
Cost includes everything and based on hanging weight @$6.25/lb
Quarter beef will be approximately 80-90 lbs of meat
Cost includes butcher and processing and based on hanging weight @$ 6.50/lb
Hanging weight is the carcass weight prior to being cut up. The meat will be aged for approximately 21 days.
Total cost will be determined at time of processing when hanging weight is known. You will get about 1/3 ground beef, 1/3 steaks/other cuts, and 1/3 roasts.
We will require a deposit of 50% when placing the order.
We will deliver the day that we pick up the meat from the butcher if possible, or you are welcome to pick it up at the ranch.
